1. Technical Requirements & Connectivity

Live Streaming: All matches must be live-streamed. The stream serves as the official, transparent record of the match.
Connectivity: Wired Ethernet connections are mandatory. Wi-Fi is strictly prohibited.
Connection Quality: If the “lag indicator” is consistently visible on the live stream, the organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify the participant.

2. Match Standardization & Fairness

Uniform Environment: All matches must follow strict settings (Stadium, Time, Weather) defined by the committee.
Smart Assist Ban: The use of “Smart Assist” or similar automated features is strictly prohibited.
Game Updates: Participants must ensure the game is fully updated before the scheduled time. Update delays are considered a player’s fault.

3. Attendance & Gameplay Protocol

Punctuality: Players must be in the match lobby 10 minutes prior to the broadcast. A delay of more than 10 minutes results in an automatic forfeit.
Emergency Pauses: Only one emergency pause (max 60 seconds) is allowed per match. Tactical pauses to disrupt the opponent are strictly forbidden.

4. Professional Conduct

Integrity: E-CHAMPIONCUP is an elite arena. Verbal abuse, racism, or unsportsmanlike conduct leads to immediate disqualification and permanent bans.
Fair Play: Any use of illicit software or modifications to game files is strictly forbidden.

5. Dispute Resolution

Documentation: Protests must be supported by live stream footage, including timestamps and evidence of settings (showing “Smart Assist” is off).
Final Authority: The judging committee holds the binding authority on all match outcomes.
